1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the mobile applications or website of Style Booking, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Description of Service
Style Booking provides a digital platform to book appointments, manage professional services, process payments, send remittances via external integrations, request transport, and access real-time support. We integrate with providers like Stripe, Uber, and MoneyGram to deliver these features, but we do not process payments or remittances directly.
3. Registration and Accounts
Users must register with accurate information and keep their account secure. Fraudulent use will result in immediate suspension. Employees and professionals must complete identity verification through Stripe Identity to receive payments and access Stripe Issuing virtual or physical cards.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Style Booking offers monthly or annual subscription plans. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Users may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Some plans may include a free trial period.
5. Appointment Commissions
A commission may be applied for each appointment booked and paid through the platform. This commission is visible during checkout and automatically deducted.
6. Remittances and Payment Card
Employees receiving payments via our platform can use their available balance in the Stripe Connect account (and associated Stripe Issuing card) to send remittances through MoneyGram's official API. Style Booking does not directly handle transfers and is not responsible for delays, errors, or limitations imposed by MoneyGram.
7. Transport Requests
Users may access transport services via Uber after paying for an appointment. This functionality is provided through Uber’s API, and all requested services are solely the responsibility of Uber.

The app also includes a real-time chat system to facilitate communication between clients and professionals.
9. Intellectual Property
All app and website content (designs, text, trademarks, functionalities) is owned by Style Booking or its licensors. Copying, distributing, or modifying the content without prior authorization is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Style Booking is not liable for system failures, third-party errors, or any damages resulting from the use of the platform. We are not responsible for disputes between users, professionals, MoneyGram, Stripe, or Uber.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified in case of major changes.
12. Refund Policy
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for already processed payments, except in cases of confirmed system failures. If you have a valid claim, please contact us within 7 business days of the charge.
13. Appointment Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel an appointment without penalty up to 1 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges or affect future bookings, depending on the policy set by each professional.
